Usability - This reflects the percent of users in the survey who indicate they were statisfied, mostly satisfied or very satisfied with ease of use of the software.

Functionality - This reflects the percent of users in the survey who indicate they were statisfied, mostly satisfied or very satisfied with the ability of the software to get the job done.

Support - This reflects the percent of users in the survey who indicate they were statisfied, mostly satisfied or very satisfied with company support services.

Recommend - This reflects the percent of users in the survey who indicate they would definately recommend this software to a friend.


Internet Survey Bot Methodology

Nexus Reviews has developed an independent Internet Survey Bot to reach users of products we review and rate. The Nexus Reviews Survey Bot searches listserv, majordomo and usergroups related to the reviewed product and extracts email addresses of owners of the reviewed product. The survey bot then directs them to a private polling page for them to respond to our brief five question survey of the product.

Surveys are not published unless we receive at least 200 responses from product users.
